  1. I am 51. My CCC score is 0. My dexa scan is normal. No osteopenia. I am on no drugs for any thing.

    I have been eating. Ketocarnivore diet since 2017.
    These people are lying to keep everyone sick and in drugs that make us need more drugs

    You can get everything your body needs from Beef, Bacon Eggs and real Butter.

    I only take a vitamin C supplements and sometimes vitamin D with K2

    I believe they want us all sick so they remain rich.

  2. i wish i was 7 years old again i was full of energy all my bones were healthy and can do everything, running,jumping,climbing,swimming,diving,
    somersault,punching sandbags,walking for 6 hours everyday without any issues afterward,i wish medical science advance to fix bone aging issues,

My doctor informed me when he checked my Vits levels by during my blood work and I ask him on my next visit what my Vit D levels were, He said He did not know cause Insurance did not pay anymore to check your Vit D levels so He did not check it, I was pissed, will wait a while and ask him to check my Vit levels and I will tell him to check my Vit D and I will just pay for it, they defiantly want us dead, that proves it to me, Cause Vit D will Heal you from Disease and Brain Injuries but of course the Docs will not tell you that, Learnt to take your of your own Health, Alot of it, is just good old common sense. Exercise and eat a Healthy Diet.

  4. I quit eating fruits and vegetables and grains, Started eating Grassfed Beef, grass fed butter, tallow and pasture raised eggs, I reverse my osteoporosis.. i’ve been zero sugar, zero carbs🙌🏻 I also put my autoimmune in remission.. I will never scratch Brewster vegetables or grains again
