    1. Hey Meredith! There was actually a pretty good cell signal everywhere we went in Scotland. We typically connect via hotspot on our phones. The only weak signal I can remember was around the Glencoe area, and that was because of the mountains. But it was still manageable.
      For this trip, we used an eSIM from Airalo on our phones and it worked out great! We have a whole article on eSIMs on our website:

I came here to see how you’re doing it with the baby! 😀 My husband and I don’t expect to be able to travel much once we have a kid (planning to start trying in 6 months or so) so I’m hoping to find that you’ll prove us wrong (my husband especially – I’m pretty easy to sway when it comes to travel ;)!

    1. You can totally do Van life with a baby! We just came off a 6-month campervan road trip with our daughter and we started when she was 7 months old. It was awesome, it also had its challenges of course, but we feel we are closer to our daughter than we could have ever been.
