I ain’t doin all that while I have a finger missing bleeding all over the place
Good to know how to increase the chances of a positive outcome. Don’t know that I’d remember it all in a moment of screaming panic but at least the information is there once cooler heads prevail.
I was never informed you can reattach limbs I thought that was only done in comics and books- but cool to know, but for how long can your limb stay detached before its not allowed to be reattached anymore?
This should be shown to every factory worker.
my mom and dad have lost a finger, my moms was a little traumatizing lol
Imagine strolling into a and e slamming a bag with your finger down on the desk and asking how long you have to wait
yeah because after losing a finger I’m totally going to be thinking about keeping it clean and sterilized smh
R. was “splitting” door jamb material on the Czech shaper. He got his left thumb behind the fence and zzzzip !
He was totally calm as he turned around and it was for 1 second nice and pink with a white bone in the center. It looked like an oxtail.
Then the blood. J. ran him to the front of the shop and told and J. to bring the truck and they held him and a shirt on R. and his hand.
Guess who got to go to the sawdust bin and find R.’s thumb. You’re right.
P. and me.
We got there in time but it was too risky.
The surgeons cut off R.’s big toe later and attached it to his hand and it looks just like a thumb.
And don’t wear gloves the entire time
how can you do all while that finger is already not there?!
I feel weak just watching it
One thing…
Can you cook it?
Reality check… wrap it and go to the hospital…
why not first wrap it in a plastic bag THEN with a cloth? Then we can assure it didn’t touch any fluff.
Ok it may be done but you’d bleed out of your finger too much before it’d be reattached
