In my first interview of the New Year, I spent time on WBHF talking about the one thing so many of us do at the start of a new year — make resolutions. Many of us make them, but over 90% of us will not keep them throughout the rest of the year. I wanted to discuss ways to help keep those resolutions. I bring up the subject of whether or not the resolutions we’ve made are specific and achievable? If they are not, you will always fail. However, if you approach them in a smart way and put a support system around you, your likelihood of success is dramatically increased.
I also got to announce my upcoming 6-week program I’ll be hosting, a Health and Wellness Program, to give people some tools to examine their own lives and see areas needing improvement. You can learn more about me by visiting my website, SJDHealthandFitness.com or GeorgiaPersonalTrainer.com, and finding me on Facebook and on Twitter. Even if you are not close enough to use my services, I provide a lot of good information and recipes free on my site.
