  1. What does a bookkeeper do if their client wants a ‘hands off’ approach. They’re happy to have you do their books in a software, but are not tech savvy. I have some seniors I do books for and would love to do the categorizing, reconciling and reports for them through quickbooks, but prefer to not have to bother them with any quickbooks set up stuff on their side.
