  1. oh man the mental health stuff. I know I mentioned my wife deals with a good chunk of that herself so, I do what I can to offer support. I mean I know I can’t ‘fix’ it but I figure I could at least offer support while she’s dealing with it. echoing ‘it’s okay to not be okay’ though for sure.

  2. I personally take total beets by force factor everyday along with my high blood pressure, meds to keep,my blood pressure down. And it works fantastical at that too..just follow the directions with 4 red beets pills a day..you get a 120 count from amazon….before the beets supplementing from force factor I am still and was on meteoporrol 50mg a day along with atorvastatin 40mg a day and hctz for fluid build up…before beets by force factor…my blood pressure was always 160-80-95….now its 115-60-60….trust me beets are incredibly powerful at lowering blood pressure even if you take blood pressure meds and its not in the safe zone you owe it to yourself to spend that measly $20_ a month for a bottle of 120 count…I don’t even know you personally and I think you are worth spending $20 on once a month…just think about it instead of going to MC Donald for junk food 1x just by q,whole bottle of total beets and you will have basically a 30_day prescription for lowering blood pressure for next to nothing and no insurance of any kind required or needed to!!! Think about it man for real

  3. If you are on medications like Benzos and anti depressants they cause anxiety when you withdraw, it sucks, I got off of them and it stoped, it takes a long time like a year but it will stop, it’s withdrawals, look it up bro. You need to stay busy and take lots of walks in the fresh air.
