My orthodontist, Dr Graham Gardner of Graham Gardner Orthodontics in Winchester, UK, has kindly sent me my clinical before and after photos, which I had not seen before this week. And my goodness, what amazing photos they are! So watch as I take a look at them. Also note how the IPR made my front incisors narrower, and now the entire arc including the back teeth was moved out into a beautiful curve. Just over a year initially, then another 6 months to ease pressure on my gums.

Retention bar is permanent and I completely forget it’s there 🙂 Not uncomfortable at all and doesn’t take long to get used to.
