    1. ​@Papa spades make sure you drink plenty of water especially before going to bed and take some magnesium.
      But also add some lemon juice to your water because it helps to make you alkaline. In the morning, if you are still having reflux, then mix a little baking soda with some water and drink it.

  1. Hi, i’m no medical professional, but in line with what Dr. Cedric “Jamie” Rutland said, i’ll just add one more advice :

    DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.

    It is probably one of the worst psychoactive substance your body could absorb as it has terrible effects on your well-being regarding pretty much all aspects of your health, from increased risk of heart disease, increased risk of cancer, dysfunctioning liver (cirrhosis), neurologic changes in your brain, dehydration of your skin, addiction, decreased libido for men and women, etc….

    There is not a single good reason to drink alcohol, be it beer, wine, spirits, it’s all 100% bad.
