  1. I definitely think he is guilty but I think it’s opening up an opportunity for appeals by allowing it in its too prejudicial as opposed to provative. If they have enough evidence to try him without going into his other crimes they shouldn’t run that kinda risk.. and it’s an insult to theives everywhere to be lumped in with someone that’s sleazy enough to blow his own son’s brains out.
