  1. The last video on gut health I watched said to cut down on grains and seed oils and eat more meat. This video says to eat grains as part of your 30 plant foods per week, consume seed oil as a substitute for oily fish, and cut down on red meat. So much mixed information about gut health I don’t know what to believe anymore… Can only say for sure processed foods aren’t good.

  2. Natural supplements, smothies and diet protocol i came across on youtube really helped me tremedously from Tmau/Body odor smell naturally by DR.UWENBOHERBALHOME on youtube.. Now i can finally be around people without been embarrassed or make the feel uncomfortable..๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
