Can you please provide some scientific evidence to support the statement that we need to eat 30 plants per week?

If they say red meat must avoid…he is not good doctor…meat heal everything
The last video on gut health I watched said to cut down on grains and seed oils and eat more meat. This video says to eat grains as part of your 30 plant foods per week, consume seed oil as a substitute for oily fish, and cut down on red meat. So much mixed information about gut health I don’t know what to believe anymore… Can only say for sure processed foods aren’t good.
Why is a supplement preferable compared to fermented foods like kefir?
