   a cool old school method, I love it.
   another interesting way is bentonite clay tooth paste. no junk in it. no fluoride, no microplastics, no artificial chemicals. straight nature.

   Baking soda + coconut oil. That’s my toot paste….refuse to use the tooth paste that is sold to us in grocery stores w all the garbage in it. Google how toxic toothpaste is

   My long deceased Friend and wonderful dentist actually said baking soda, small amount of salt and very warm 8 ounces of water.
   Was the best and only mouthwash he ever recommended.
   My Mom also had us use it for mouth burns from hot foods as well.
   It always worked great.
   Thanks for sharing this as well as all your other useful health tips. 😊
