My elbows and arms hurt. Had to cut back on ywa. Tips please?
Thanks Adriene. That definitely got the gut firing up. Felt quite full and little bit yuck after dinner. This practise definitely helped me get some air down to my gut and help breath a bit more better… definitely had the gut working as it was firing up burping and farting😂
